Gajak (also gachak) is a dessert or confection originating in north-central India. It is a dry sweet made of sesame seeds (til) or dry fruits or peanuts and jaggery. This sweet is essentially prepared during the winter season to provide necessary warmth and immunity to our body. The method of preparation ensures that it has a longer shelf life. 

Available in many varieties such as Gajak Roll, Khasta Gajak, Gajak Patti, sesame seed gajak, moongfali peanut gajak and chocolate and orange flavored gajak.
